Our kids yoga program was born from a simple, powerful vision:

Like story time at the library or painting at a birthday party. It was cute. Calming. Harmless.
But then I watched my child start to regulate his breath during a meltdown.
I saw a student whisper “I’m brave” to herself during savasana.
I heard a little boy — who struggles with attention in school — say,
“Yoga helps my brain slow down so my heart can catch up.”
And I knew:
This isn’t cute.
This is critical.
In today’s world, our kids are up against so much more than we ever were.
Digital overstimulation.
Tight school schedules.
Unprocessed grief from a pandemic they didn’t fully understand.
Social pressure. Noise. Disconnection.
Their little bodies are carrying adult-sized stress —
with no roadmap for what to do with it.
That’s where yoga comes in.
When a child steps on a yoga mat, something magical happens:
They are given permission to slow down.
To feel their feelings without being shamed.
To move their bodies in a way that frees them, not controls them.
They’re not being asked to perform.
They’re being invited to breathe.
And when they learn — even at five or six years old —
that they can use their breath to change how they feel?
That’s not just wellness.
That’s power.
At 11Exhale Kids, we don’t just teach downward dog.
We teach self-trust.
Our classes are infused with:

Kids don’t even know they’re building resilience.
They just think they’re having fun.
You might see yoga as a luxury right now.
But in my heart, I believe it’s becoming a necessity.
Because when children learn how to return to calm…
They learn how to live from center.
And isn’t that what we all want for our kids?
We begin Sunday, July 27th and are capping this round at just 15 children.
