At 11Exhale Kids, we believe that yoga isn’t just for grown-ups on rubber mats, it’s for wiggly legs, open hearts, and wild imaginations.
Research shows that early exposure to breathwork, movement, and mindfulness supports children’s brain development, nervous system health, and social-emotional growth. For Julianne—yoga teacher, mama, and founder of 11Exhale Studio—that research came to life through parenting. Inspired by her son Rafael’s journey and informed by decades of practice, she created this space so every child can feel safe, strong, and connected to their inner world.
Because our children are growing up in a world that moves fast.
And they deserve a place that teaches them how to pause, breathe, and come back to themselves.
Amber leads our kids yoga program with both heart and skill showing up each week as a calm, creative force kids adore. With her background in education, parenting, and play-based leadership, she crafts each class with care: weaving in movement, nervous system tools, rest rituals, and space for self-expression. Under her guidance, yoga becomes more than a class — it becomes a place your child can return to again and again, to feel safe, strong, and fully themselves. In every class, she weaves together:

– Guided rest (with blankets, breathing buddies & projectors!)
